I would like to ask if you know if there is any way to recode to automatically roll up the windows with one touch from the remote control without having to leave the button pressed for a few seconds.

No, you cannot do it with a re-programming. It is set that way (having to keep pressing the button) for safety reasons. The only way to do it, is to isntall an aftermarket electronic circuit that does this thing...though I doubt there is one available.
