Hartge lowering spring

Hi
I just bought a 116d m-sport and I want to put on some Hartge springs.
I can choose from 30mm front and rear or 50mm front and 45mm rear
Which should I choose to put on my car?
Sorry for my bad english

I guess it depends on how much you want to degrade the comfort and handling.

Since you are also from Norway, I would not lower the M-sport if you use your car in the winter.
