Front Plate & Los Angeles cops

I just got a ticket from a cop..He's said I have to mount the plate on the front bumper not on the windshield.. I passed by many cops for months without getting this trouble before.. Is some cops that annoying?
Anyone know the fine fee for this violation?

wait. didnt he give u a ticket? those things usually have that info on it?! or at least, so i thought. maybe it was just a "fix it" ticket.

yeah, some cops just love to be jackasses and do that, but only when they have nothing better to do. i mean, if im on my way to dunken donuts, i wouldnt give a shit about your plate. but if i just came back and stuffed myself with nothing to do, beleive me, your an automatic target.

dude, i'd buy the volcano vapo. , and then order about 2 pizzas (one each), get some bubba kush, and big bud, and get fucked up before, during, and after southpark. the party never stops!

Getting back on topic I got pulled over about 4 times for no front plate (some jersey cops have nothing else to do) but i used different excuses like "oh i just have my bumper painted so it have to cure" or i used this a few weeks ago "I'm heading toward the dealer for the bracket for the plate" but today i just gave in and screwed on the front plate i got tired of getting pulled over.

yes it is a fix it ticket..I couldn't read the code and section since his writing is so terrible. Maybe the cop didn't know how to write properly.
I was wondering how much is the fee for this?Some of my friends got these kind of tickets also.
Parking enforcement charge $25, and the second time he was pulled over by LAPD and was charged $10.
