Your cars may be on the Morning Calm with mine, for a March delivery:

125i M-Sport
Mineral Grey
Brushed Aluminium with Gloss Black Trim
Black Leather
6-Speed Manual
M-Sport Brakes
Harmon Kardon Hi-Fi
Lights Package (i.e. LED handle lights)
Xenon Lights
Extended Bluetooth Connectivity
Internet Connectivity

Missed out on the nav and auto which was a bit of a bummer (wanted a manual anyway for a bit of track action) but was happy with the <$57k price

Congrats! How do you like the wood inlay? Can you maybe take some pictures? I ordered it on mine without seeing it irl, and am hesitating if I should stay with my choice.

Man, the Volvo V40 just got released in Aus. 0-100km in 6.1 , bunch of standard kit and free servicing to 60,000 kms and onl;y $49k.

I know it's not up to the build standards or dynamics of the 125i, but SURELY with this plus the A250 coming with so much kit for $50 BMW have to throw us something extra for the 125i. Just the inclusion of the M Sport kit would do it I think.

Good to see another M135i owner in Sydney. Will probably see you on the road!

I don't see many of it on the street but it is definitely something exciting to drive!

Could I ask if your car is brand new and which dealer did you buy from?

I bought mine from Canterberry BMW but mine was a demonstration car:

Alpine White
Auto
Sunroof
Satnav Business
Extended bluetooth
Got 1677km on it when I took delivery

I couldn't wait for another 3 months to custom build one, so just took the demo car

Cheers!

The wood inlay especially with the red interior i would say it amazing!
I first saw an alpine white black interior with aluminium inlay then saw a mineral grey red leather and wood inlay was completely shocked at how different the cars looked. Made it look just that much more sportier, but its very subjective

Garage List
Couldn't help but notice the 5dr 2013 model has a slight design change around the headlights. More aggressive lines. Can't tell if headlight is different. Will post photo later

When I was ordering a 1 series in Melbourne, the dealer mentioned that cars built from March 2013 onwards have the 'Sensatec' artificial leather as an option.
Since I don't see this option anywhere on the BMW Australia spec list on the website, is this a new option, or was it already available in other regions?

It was and still is available in Belgium, only in black though...

I quickly ran the aussie configurator, and indeed it is currently not available for you.

We also get an option for fabric trim here (and the sensatec, and the dakota leathers).
Seems you can only opt for leather trim. (and only 4-door as well )

Ah, OK.
It might be a new option for Australia then- the dealer let me choose it when ordering the car.
Shame about not having the F21 here though

I believe F21 refers to the 3-door current gen hatchback 1 series (all engine variants), and that in Australia we can get the 5-door F20 M135i (at least, I think that is the case).
