Folding mirrors
Hey, my car doesn't have folding wing mirrors but would like that option. Could I go to bmw and is it a software upgrade or physical change of mirrors, just wasn't sure if they come already suitable but need programming?

There will be some software recoding required and the wiring loom may certainly be in place. Problem is you will need to replace the mirrors, maybe paint the replacements to match and replace the switch panel in drivers side door with the folding mirror option.
If it's possible it's going to be expensive.

It comes as part of the exterior folding mirror and auto dimming pack.

It is both a software and hardware upgrade. You need new mirrors with the motors, new door switch and possibly the wiring (you needed the wiring on older BMW's, do not know about the F20 for sure). Then you need programming of the car. You can definetely do it, but it will cost you alot of money, since these spare parts are quite expensive.
