F20/21 120d remap

can anyone tell me where to go to remap? (germany,italy) because what i have info, there is impossible to do "custom remap" because of this:

"The problem is the new FlexRay protocol that does not allow cars start if sw touched"

is there any tuner that had solution for this problem?
