Loving the influx of exotic fish in SoCal this summer! Anglers in Catalina and Oxnard have been hooking yellowfins and dorado's the last couple weeks.

I feel ya. But let me just say.... I have not only a grill outside but also a smoker! I have a family heritage of cooking great meat. That being said, sometimes I want worstechire sauce on my steak. Usually just salt, pepper and garlic is enough.

Don't get me wrong, I wasn't criticizing. I just made an off-the cuff comment. First, we all love chimichurri on our steaks. And I love a good bernaise as well as worcestershire (or whatever) and even....... A1

I have a smoker as well! Obviously we are gentlemen with exquisite taste!

Thumbs up

Let me revive this thread...

Freshly made Caldo de Res or Beef Soup for you gringos!

The key is quickly stir frying the seasoned lean beef and then adding it to the veggies and slow simmering for @ couple hours.

The results... Perfect Winter eating!

A little on the pricier side, but still very good.
