403M Styling on f20

So, Still couldn't decide which wheels I would put on my bimmer...

I'm now considering the 403M styling (f30 Mpack)

Do you think it would also fit?

Here are the specs:

F30 M-Sport 19" 403M Style Wheels
Front: 19x8 ET36
Rear: 19x8.5 ET47

Front: 225/40R19
Rear: 255/35R19

I couldn't find any answer and i'm not that good at calculating the right specs for my car

Thanks for your advice!

front your wheels will be 1.5cm more to the outside
back your wheels will be 1.2 cm more to the outside
normally you have space enough to do this

BUT, the tires that you specify, are much larger than the ones you need
225/40r19 (you need 225/35r19)
255/35r19 (you need 245/30r19 or 255/30r19)
they are not alowed to be placed on your car in belgium.

Why wouldn't these be allowed in Belgium? The sizes in bold are the exact sizes the M Performance wheels use (7.5J and 8J). So not that big a difference.

Do it, looks way better than the standard wheels and more unique!

Thanks!

I'll check about the tyre size with my dealer...

i'm not so much in love with the M perf. ones, and i think these are very cool, on a 3 series at least... I should find a way to put them (anyone with a 3 and those wheels?? ) on the car to see if fits well on the car!

I'll try to get some info and I'll keep you posted!

the size of rims is correct, BUT the size of the tires is wrong.
you can only have a 2% rollout difference in tiresize. Trust me, I work in a tirecentral.

This size, technical control: BUSTED.

Why have any concerns about CT when it's 4 years away with a brand new car?
Get the tires you want, there a most certainly examples which are even more stretched than this setup. Just changes them back to the original 17/18" when it's due.

You're talking about being busted at the CT however you're planning to do exhaust swap and engine mods. Neither of those will pass. (don't take it personal, just trying to clarify my point)

Anyway, these would look great and certainly interested to see some fitted pics

You should use equivalent tire dimensions with the ones indicated by the manufacturer, otherwise you'll have other fuel consumption, other speed than the one you read on your speedometer, all in all other performances but not necessarily better!

I tried them on my F21. They fit fine but you need small profile tyres for them to look right.

These came direct from BMW. They let me try them on at home before I bought them. I tried the front and rear but didn't like them. I didn't get a full side view with them both on as I was in a rush at the time. The tyre sizes were the same as what comes from the factory. They were just too big and raised the car even more with those tyres. You would need a 225/30/19 front and a 235/30/19 rear for them to look "right"

Hi Guys. I am new here. I have an F20- 2014. I saw the 403M alloys and would love to fit them to my car.

Would the following dimensions fit:

19x8 ET36 and
19x8.5 ET47

Found a perfect set of Original ones Sec Hand, and he has the following tires fitted

245/35/19 all round.

Would it be possible to fit them without any further modifications needed or I would need to pass immediately to Tires- 225/30/19 All round?

Thanks in advance
