This 11.3 is great so far. My biggest improvement I’ve seen is, as I’m the family approver of apps and purchases and several kids buying stuff daily, I was constantly typing my password to authorize their purchases, but now it’s face recognition to approve with 11.3!! This is big, as my password is very long/complex and typing it out sucks when you are busy at work and already multitasking.

I have a somewhat similar issue on X that it appears to be operational but you cannot take a pic or make a phone call. Had to reboot.

That was on 11.2.x.

Will be interested to see if 11.3 fixes.

It's running great on my 256gb X. I haven't noticed any gitching at all.

i updated to this as well because of all the good feedback;

However, i am experiencing a slight of lag during playing games and certain apps it seems to lag for a few seconds and then catch up.

Same. Why would you manually delete texts?

because some stuff i may need to see over and over and want it at the top of my screen. regardless, making it more work to delete something and having to confirm it twice is a downgrade in usability.

I'd just assume that Apple ran stats and you guys are in the minority. But I also can't really think of any advantage of doing it the new way either, so I also understand your annoyance.

Went from 10.3 to 11.3. Glad I did it. My iPhone 6s feels like new again. Battery at 75%.

It’s a setting, I’d never do it manually. Or were you saying you have it set the same way? Sorry if I misread that.

Yeah, set up the same way. Haven't manually deleted a text since I had a Razr.

I’ve had that issue from other (older) updates or setting up a new device on either my Hotmail or G-mail account and I think it’s just a quirk easily fixed in settings plus a restart - actually looking back it took a few days of playing with settings and restarts till it corrected itself.

Yes, one time the screen froze not sure what app and a second time my camera froze all after the new update. Curious if anyone had the lock-up occur more then once in the same app.

Update on 11.3 upgrade on a 6s...

1) Have to close my apps pretty frequently as some functions will fall away. For example, ability to create a new SMS to something I don't have a thread with.
2) Had one day of incredibly quick battery drainage. Went from being fully charged to shutting down my phone in a matter of two hours. Hasn't happened since.

For the rest, all good so far...
