Ordered my m135i yesterday

Sold my 2011 e82 DCT 135i about a week ago

- Wasn't going to buy another car for a while.. then a friend at a BMW dealership suggested I loan an m135i over night. I really enjoyed the car! drove really nice and with 4 doors a a bunch more room than my e82..

Placed the order yesterday, options as follows.

Black Sapphire Metallic - 4DR
8 Speed Auto
Professional Navigation
Sunroof
Harmon Kardon
Comfort Package (Comfort Access, Heated Seats, Electric Seats + Lumbar)
Parking Package (front/rear sensors, auto parking, reverse camera)
DAB+
Black Kidney Grills

Pretty excited, Ill be taking delivery in 2 weeks time. Look forward to modding this little beast

Nice one!
I hope to be ordering my M315i in about 4 weeks. Hopefully it only takes two weeks after that.
Do you have any modification plans?
Post some pics when you get it.

How is it possible to have a car built to order in Germany, shipped to Australia and prepared for delivery in only two weeks?

And I am also curious about which modifications you are planning.
Our F20 has had only two modifications so far. Replaced the wheels with non-runflats and added mud guards.

It was a car they had coming in to the dealership as stock with exactly the options I wanted! Really lucky I guess.

I plan to get JB Tune -
Stance/Velgen Wheels
KW Coils
Manhart Front Lip
A spoiler of some description.
Blacklines

Any other recommendations?

Hey,

I think you were on the phone telling Robby the other night. If you want some coding done, let me know.

Turning off the auto-start-stop and legal disclaimer makes such a big difference.

Congrats on the order/purchase! Lovely specs too.

Mine just docked at the port of Brisbane on Monday! So should have it delivered around Easter (most likely after though :|). Been without a car for 10 - 11 months; I can't believe I have been this patient!!

I had to wait almost nine months~ I keep telling everyone because the scar runs deep, ha~

M135i needs better suspension IMO. It will only handle so much, then it will just sorta "give up" If mods is what's in the future, I'd go with suspension early. My friend has this Bilstein, handles much better, in that row is much less....

Another thing is we've just ordered Quaife LSD, he's had it I guess.

Anyways congratulations

Was from Brisbane BMW.

Will take a little longer on mine as I have M performance interior panels, M performance steering wheel, M performance kidney grill to be installed; along with the rims being repainted in Hi-Gloss Black and the brake calipers in Hi-Gloss Red by the BMW Body Shop (life-time guarantee on the work). Will also be attaching the plates 'AFRAID' to it.

But yeah its the absolute worse case scenario to be picked up after Easter holidays. They assured it would most likely be sooner than that.

No hassle really, as I bloody fly out of the country beginning of May anyways!!! Won't have too much of a chance to enjoy it before then.

Im curious as to why you didn't just get better wheels instead of paying circa 1k+ for wheels painted black?
