YOKOHAMA, Japan — After unveiling its F430 kit last year, the Japanese tuner IdingPower is at it again with its treatment for the E92 BMW M3.

Exterior upgrades include a huge rear spoiler, front lip and special 19-inch BBS alloys with Michelin PS2 245/35 tires in the front and 265/35 rubber in back.

Performance-wise, the kit includes a sport dual-exhaust system with two polished pipes on each side of the rear bumper. It also gets a boost in stopping power thanks to a high-performance brake set, while cornering is helped by the addition of fully adjustable Bilstein coil-overs.

The unique wing will cost more than $2,000, and the brake set goes for a price equivalent to $20,000. Further pricing details are available on the IdingPower Web site.

I like it big time. It flows with the overall lines of the car. Perfect functionality. So much better than anything else being offered. Classic German engineering IMO.

Now take the exact opposite of everything I typed and send it to the manufacturer. PLEASE.

All that hours of work in the wind tunnel by BMW to produce that sweet little spoiler has gone to waste.

If you wanted the look of an Imperza then save the money and buy one.
