Will 19 9.5j et35 rear and 19 8.5j et35 front fit, has anyone got this size

They'll fit, but they'll poke!

19x8.5 ET40 is about the max you can go in the front and you still might need a slight fender roll.
19x9.5 ET45 is more or less max for the rear. You'll need a stretched tyre if you're lowered (on coils)

It doesn't really matter if the car is lowered or not. The inward suspension travel is the same. If it rubs with a lowered car, it will eventually rub without lowering as well, maybe when driving over a speed bump or going fast in a corner.

I agree, but it will be less likely that the wheel/tyre will rub/hit the fender if the car is not lowered and not driven hard/on track

Anyway, 19x9.5 ET45 is a fairly safe bet for the rear.
