coolant warning
dear friends,
Last weekend my car 118i had a coolant warning (it says coolant level below min. line, please fill up), i sent the car to the dealer, there is no leakage, no computer fault, they just replaced the coolant for me. it's a new car with only 3000 km driving, is it normal? |

It is a known problem in the F20...usually they replace the sensor and/or the bottle. Nothing to worry about.

I've just had the same problem in my 116i , I took it to the nearest service centre and they said it'll require a new sensor and bottle. The car is safe to drive according to them but I'll not belt it just to be safe.
