What parts will we really miss? The fog switch is the only thing I can think of? Maybe pre lci euro headlights but that's all I can think of?

Whew, lawyers are taking some heat. Just remember, when our representatives in government climbed into bed with corporate america long ago, they lost all objectivity. If the government is too closely tied to a company to hold it to task, people's only recourse becomes a private one, and that's our tort system. If it weren't for motivated and industrious plaintiff's lawyers your brake pads would still be full of asbestos and your parts washer/degreaser would be brimming with Benzene. Our ability to hold companies responsible for their actions privately is something we should be proud of.

This absolutely sucks However, i see lots of people being angry and bitching...........I'm gonna send a nice e-mail and a hand written letter to BMWNA.
Part of the massage will have a line "if you don't reverse the Euro sales this will be my last BMW that i purchase.
Now, that would get their attention!
So, everyone take a few minutes and send them an e-mail.....they will listen!

Just be sure to run by a dealership and buy WTF ever you think you need when you do your Euro Delivery, have them ship it to you when they receive it...

Phone your closest Canadian BMW dealer, problem solved.

Also, if BMW installed the proper headlight switch in the first place, this would also help. Mercedes, Audi, Rover, and Volvo all give us rear fogs, why can't BMW do it too?

Correct. In fact if you want to blame anyone then blame your justice system. It's laughable to think that your crash regulations need to be any more strict than what is in place in Europe.
