New motor and as such have decided to join you.

My motor was ordered on 4th May and it finally arrived Thursday 3rd Aug 2013. A long wait but so far i'm more than happy. I speced it with comfort access and heated seats (the wife insisted)!

Its a 120d m sport in estroil blue. It arrived with 9 miles on the clock.

I have had numerous company cars over the last 10 months whilst waiting to be invited to pick my car. I've had 3 Mercedes C classes 2.0 diesels- comfy but boring, an audi a4 2.0 diesel 136bhp se technik- slow and horrible satnav, an audi A5 177 bhp se technik- nice but basic for the dosh, a bmw 320d efficient dynamics- was tempted and a lexus c200h- comfy but dull although excellent at going around corners as the suspension is rock hard.

So, as you can see I've had a difficult decision and so far it looks like ive made the right choice.

I still reading the manual and the only things I am disappointed with are not being able to stream music over bluetooth and that stupid voice button on the steering wheel that does nothing, why put it on if i've not got the right spec BMW?

Anyway hi to all and am looking forward to putting my foot down once it has a few miles on it!



PS- some 8astards have stole my metal dust caps already, why would you do that?!?

I know, it is on the "to do" list along With some New tyres. I bought the Wheels used off bimmers and they are crappy Budget tyres With uneven wear.

I noticed i got a loud moarrrrring noise from the front With the New Wheels, but can't see it touching anywhere so i hope it's just because of the tyres. Will remove one of the Wheels this afternoon to see if i can find any wear-marks on the car..
