Anyone one in Australia got a recent delivery M135i?
My car is late April build and while I'm still waiting for the car ( it's in country but in customs or something ) I had to sign an additional form to activate this new SOS feature.
Anyone else in AU got a post week 10 build with this? And if so did you get the new style steering wheel also ? |

Hi Robo, I ordered my 125i M-sport back at the end of March and it was part of the mid-late April build in Germany, and I've only taken possession of it a week ago. However I didn't have to sign any other paperwork for this SOS you're referring to.
As for the M steering wheel I think I did get the new one (where the '///M' logo is at the very bottom of the wheel). I have to say that this wheel feels fantastic in your hands and love the design (that's my opinion). Hopefully you've taken delivery of your 135i by now. Cheers |

I don't understand why BMW needs three buttons and a lever to operate the cruise control. I think the lever and one button would be enough.
When the cruise is not active: Flick the lever to activate it at current speed. Press the button to resume previous speed. When the cruise is active: Adjust speed with lever. Press the button to deactivate the cruise control. What more do we need? With all those extra buttons, I sometimes press the wrong one. |
