Planning to remove my 18" 386M wheels for the winter for good value for money winter set.
A local rim/tire shop proposes AEZ Sydney Dark in 17x8. Looks quite alright IMO.
Really wondering how to check if there is no risk with M sport brake (sufficient clearance). I believe even BMW does not recommend all of their 17" wheels with this brake fitment.
Any idea how to check before ordering?
Is AEZ good quality?

Same for something like my 535i, but it is the aftermarket rims that have issues. BMW OEM rims have an inner form that just clears the brake caliper, but some other rims don't.

You definitely would need to check that 17" aftermarket rims will fit.

Unless someone else (manufacturer, supplier or other users) have made a physical check and can give data or feedback, I see you may have to do the physical check yourself.
