Hi
I have taken delivery of a new 330E Tourer Msport.
I have attempted to set up the Alexa App but when asking Alexa a question and seeing the blue circle for about ten seconds the screen then displays i have not completed the Alexa app set up.
I have followed all the car instructions but can't complete the part where it asks to connect the phone to the car wifi. I'm not sure why it needs this if its using the phone data.
Any advise on this would be much appreciated, i'm now thinking i don't have an option required for this to work.
