M135i xDrive LCI ordered

After three years with my F20 125i and the oncoming end of my current leasing contract, I ordered an F20 M135i xDrive LCI last friday. Mineral Grey and quite full speced. I believe I just missed the adaptive suspension and the park assist out.

Let the waiting time begin! I'll keep you posted!

A potential launch of the M140i is too far away. I don't think that we will see this before summer 2016.

Congrats! We've got the exact same spec and ready to order this week.
Saw the LCI and we were both amazed with the new styling. IMO don't wait for the M140. I even suspect this won't come until next gen?

The 1er is expected to get the B58B30M0, I quote: "in 2016 for MY2017".
I believe that will be SOP 07/16 together with the re-engine of the M235i.

OK, maybe I'll wait to 2016 for either an Mx40i or an M2.

Congrats! Nice engine upgrade!

Yours was the first F20 M Sport I saw... and the mirror I looked at to configurate mine 118i (appart from engine differences)

Really good choice! The engine received a little update (to be in line with M235i) so the performances are at a*high*level!

Vladberca - only in terms of marketing hype. In reality m135i engines have been same spec as m235i engines since the fitment of ewg and turbo with larger outlet port.....

I'm a fan of the adaptive suspension. Just adds to the flexibility of the car. I test drove a 125 without it, and wasn't too impressed, but that didn't have the M Sport suspension that's standard with the M135i. Just my 2 cents -- it's no great cost to option.

I see your point, but nevertheless I dont think, that i will miss this feature. My current 125 is without the adaptive suspension and im happy with it. I dont want to soften the suspension for more comfort - but thats the only 'advantage' of the adaptive suspension in comparsion to the non-adaptive suspension.

I agree. I would also delete that option.

[QUOTE=mammut;17290513] I believe I just missed the adaptive suspension and the park assist out.

I don't think you miss these options.
The ride and handling is pretty good anyway. As some of the others pointed out Adaptive is no big deal. As for park assist, I am not a fan of it.
Congrats, it looks like to ticked all the right boxes
Now the slow wait starts.

Short update:
Unfortunately BMW moved the production date of my car to calendar week 18, so I will take delivery in calendar week 19.

Hi Mammut,

Do you know why it is not possible to order the ACC plus option with the M135i ? May be it is possible in Germany. Congrats.

Best regards

sl91

PS: I am also waiting for an almost full spec 125i urban (sport auto transmission + adaptive suspension + M brakes)

There were some rumors, that the loss of this option for the M135i and M135i xDrive models is caused by the higher cooling demands of their engines.

Probably I can take delivery one week earlier as suspected. My dealer told me, that I can pick my car up in calendar week 18.

This can be an explaination but if this is the reason it should not be compatible with the other models with a similar engine , i.e. 335i, 435i, 535i,...

Congrats for your new car.

Best regards
