I'm not dead yet

So I just finished mowing the lawn and I'm sitting in a chair drinking some water and enjoying the breeze when I look up to see a turkey vulture circling right over my head. I must look pretty beat.

Think about mowing my lawn tomorrow afternoon and my hedges start to look like a scenery from the amazon rainforest ...
I will need some water as well ,but we don't have turkey vultures .

I hear the weather in Belgium is less than desirable. Besides, I don't think the president will allow me to leave the United States.

You are right about the Belgian weather ...It really sucks !
My lawn is still wet and I'm waiting this afternoon for a dry moment to fire up my Honda ..

Yeah I heard that Donald wants to keep the work in the US .
Hope you are on the right side of the wall...

I've been doing twice a week just to avoid the need to bag the clippings. If I do it twice a week, I can set the mower into mulch mode (no bag or chute) and the clippings just settle in the grass and biodegrade quickly. If I mow once a week, the grass gets so tall that it clogs the mower, so I have to bag, which doubles the time it takes because I have to keep emptying the bag.

Advice:

Pull your hot latina wife ASAP over the wall to your side !
And you should not be worried about the right side of the wall because you can trust on Donald ..

depending on where you live, the weather will turn to HOT and the grass will stop growing so fast, your complaint will become when you can cut the grass without getting heat stroke!

If it gets really hot, I won't need to mow at all. But it hasn't been that hot the last couple of summers. I don't water, so the grass just turns brown if we get long term heat and no rain.

I don't mind the exercise twice a week. Takes me about an hour and it's all flat, so just a lot of walking.

I hated mowing. So I got a zero-turn rider, now I love it. Takes me 35-40 min to mow the lawn now and I actually enjoy it. Then about another 30-40 min with the weedeater to just trim.

Then again, I know it would take right around 2hrs to do the property if I were pushing.

I don't have enough lawn now to justify a rider. My acre is mostly covered by trees. I might buy the open lot next door if the neighbor decides to sell it separately from his house just to keep someone from building a house there. If I get that, then I'll need a rider because it's quite a bit of grass. Plus I just had the trees near my house cut back a ways and some hedges removed, so I'll soon have more grassed area to mow.
