How much power increase / speed and performance increase does the M-Performance Exhaust achieve?

If it was nothing or negligible I wouldn't be surprised. Porsche's switchable exhaust is rated at 0kw, but then again it's N/A.

does it also fit the 118i? the bmw website only links it to the 125i and the 135i?

No it does not fit the 118i.
There is only a M Performance exhaust for the M135i (dual exhaust), and one for the 125i (single exhaust, double tip).

These are different models (and different prices).

BMW Canada is launching a 335i M Performance edition, which has standard the M Performance exhaust mounted, and is rated at 326 HP.

It is possible to deduct from this that the M performance exhaust should deliver 6 HP?: 320 from the N55 performance edition engine, 6 from the M performance exhaust = 326 HP total.
