Anyone in Myrtle Beach area interested in a free lunch?
I am looking at purchasing a CPO BMW from BMW of Myrtle Beach, but I am 800 miles away from there. I am looking for someone to go put eyes on the car and perform a cosmetic inspection. Impossible to see paint issues, scratches, wear marks etc from photos. I have been assured there are no cosmetic issues and as a CPO car I assume that would be the case, but we all know what happens when we assume something. Willing to buy lunch for you and a friend if you would do me a solid and give the car a good going over.

I did this when I bought my F15 X5 in Atlanta, GA. Had a fellow forum member go check out the car and he took loads of pictures. The car showed up at my doorstep with nearly zero surprises. I PayPal'd him $50 for his trouble. The salesman told me the car was PERFECT. Don't believe them. They lie.

You could hire a local shop to do a pre purchase inspection on your behalf. Another BMW dealer in the area (if one close enough) or independent mechanic. I know it's CPO but things like tires, pads etc maybe still acceptable but close to going. Could have them cover cosmetics as well. I was recently quoted under $200 for something like that.
