You can play music via Bluetooth, and speak commands to your car, with voice feedback- you can also get album art on the screen

My understanding is that with this option you get:
  • Bluetooth audio streaming
  • Support for multiple bluetooth devices
  • Office functions
  • Album cover display (with both bluetooth and USB audio)
  • Voice control

Of course, this all depends on which phone you have. My phone (iPhone 4) supports all except the office functions. If you have a iPhone then once you have this option you can also add 6NF which is for that specific model and allows compatibility with the snap in cradle thingy.

thanks for the extra information. I have ordered Nav Professional - do I also need to order the extended connectivity to get voice commands & office functions?
