Lowering springs for my F20 LCI xDrive with adaptive suspension

Hi guys,

I got the F20 120d xDrive LCI with adaptive M suspension. But I think its kind high, should ride an inch or so lower.

Any tips, pointers? Greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
