Fix paint scratches in BMW 1

Hello everybody,

Got a small area approx. 4x5 cm with scratches (some are deeper, I see the white material underneath) + the whole area does not look shiny anymore.

How could this be fixed? Can I just take it to the dealer and ask him to fix it for me? Is there anything I could do for myself? For example try with some wax creme or something. I have a product called auto-glym aqua wax, but does not seem to do much with paint scratches.

Any help would be appreciated. thank you

Wax does not help, wax is a layer that protects the paint. Rubbing might help, but I would let a pro handle it.

Are these new ones to this thread?

I suspect it's beyond a simple machine polish and needs pain so I would take it to a bodyshop not a dealer.

I had forgotten about this thread. Those were some older scratches that I had and opened that thread. Got no response then. Now I got new scratches that are a bit more severe.

The scratches are at the lower part of the door at the front passenger's seat. I will try to take a pic
