I think that BMW certainly entitles for the contest: company that tries to make believe their customers the biggest piles of bull.

In another post, members tried to detail me "ultimate driving machine" doesn't mean that BMW delivers ultimate drivers cars. It just means, apparently, that in the niche they are in, whether it is armored army vehicles or mining trucks, they try to be in the top segment for vehicle dynamics.

Any way, as a second car with two hobby active kids while my wife is the only driver of the car, why not pay a few € more for a 1GT than for a VW Touran or Opel zafira. Well, I would... although my wife will still most probably prefer the Opel.

+1, and I would add the X1, X3, X6 and F20. To depress you even more.

WTF!? There is the 1.5 3cyl as FWD and an electric engine of 140kW (!?) on the rear axle? Combines to 0-62 in 8 seconds and 2,5l (60gr/CO²) on 100kms?

Very strange figures! Impossible! I gues this is the power for the i8 and the performance of the 1GT mixed up?

Im saying this is for wives. That's ok to have wife driving zafira with bmw badge. Not sure how to say it - minivans are not something to be proud of. Its a more tool then a car.

The rear is being cleaned up compared to the F20 also, not only the droopy eyes.

I guess, that Adrian has understood he is being criticised seriously for his previous horror designs.

Yes, the point is that there is a potential of several millions of cars to sell here to the wives!

While there are only a few 100.000 M5/3s to sell all over the world to us (not me, since I can't afford).

I would love to see it inversed, but I gues with current economics, it won't happen soon either.

Best design seen for a long time by BMW. Finally, they are back on track.

Guys, just admit, they've found their mojo back! There actually is no angle where you can't immediately say "it fits and it feels totally right".

I honestly believe there is none in this class touching this level, not even close.

Will become the best selling BMW very soon, there is no doubt in my mind.

Potential is cross mondial and rather wide spectrumed: young soccer moms uptil mid-aged higher managment pro's and mediors and even senoirs.

Consider that oil frugality and room efficiency will become very fast more and more key to us all.

I just hope built quality and chassis composure are there also. Looks will be sharp, finally. YES

Karim Habib is my man, although I'am not sure he's the one entirely accountable for this masterpiece!?
