Saving sports mode and new kidney grills

This may sound daft, but is it possible to save sports mode so it automatically stores it when you start up. Its just my new 118i is better to drive in sports mode, my 116 was no bother in either comfort or sport this seems slightly laboured till you flick the switch and its fine. Just wondered. Also can anyone recommend a site for carbon fibre or black kidney grills
