NBT Evo Update Failed

Hi, i have a bmw f21 lci 2016 with nbt evo retrofit, when i tried to update via esys with icom or enet failed after complete speechece bar and start speechcommon, i did it several times but nothing. Can you help me please?

Try different esys version.
