Split Screen - latest i-Drive software on new M140i
Anybody have any ideas if I'm doing it wrong, or is this it now - the displays are a retrograde stepp IMHO from my 2015 M135i ..

After much fiddling I can confirm that Split-Screen only works in the NAV screen-set and the 'Connected Drive' set .... NOT in the 'My Vehicle' set of screens .... Bug or design - the Handbook makes no mention of it ..... ?

Maybe .... not sure it would add much to the 'problem' description tho .... Basically this level of iDrive software doesnt appear to allow Split Screen exploitation in 'Vehicle related' screen sets .... and in NAV, theres a fixed menu for the rhs of the screen that you can scroll thru & select ...
... so quite different to previous versions - as is the look & feel of a lot of the vehicle-related info ....
