I pick up my my m135i when I get back from my holiday

Hello all,

I'm very excited to be getting picking up my 2012 m135i when I get back from my holidays. I have already looked to see what modifications I will be getting, what do you think?

JB4
Black performance front grills (will look nice with the blue car)
BMS performance intake

I am currently at a BMW factory, and there are quite a lot of M135i here. I have noticed that the grey mirror caps look a bit out of place on blue cars, and particularly on orange ones. For these car colours, I would have chosen to get black mirror caps.

Hi Lee,

I'd have them painted, as the wrap is just not the same as the shadowline black. I took mine off a 2-series Sport line and they look much better than the wrapped ones! Or maybe buy the BMW M carbon mirror caps, they actually look quite nice and dark imo.

I don't recommend the BMS intake personally, as it was too loud for the M135i. I bought a K&N panel filter as replacement. But this is purely my own opinion.

When I bought my MP exhaust, I did it because of the price difference with the Milltek (I work at BMW). The Milltek sounds really good too but was double the price.

You'll love the car! Enjoy!!!

Congrats!!
Your list of mods look good.
Keep the BMS intake, it will be of great help for your JB4.
also add DP for max power out of your car.
