Boot luggage?
hi,
Just wondering how many suitcases/luggage you can physically fit in the 1er boot? We've two samsonite cases approx 83x56x30cm (pretty big!) I was horrified to find these didn't fit in my F30 on our first trip to the airport last month :/ I had to put one on the back seat, fine without rear passengers but not idea if I'd been picking up the in-laws! Whilst away these cases were put in the boot of a Kia Ceed (side by side), so hoping the 1 would allow this too?! What's your experience of loading the 1 up? |

I think you can only fit one big Samsonite in the boot with the rear seat in place.
If you fold down the smaller part of the rear seat, you might manage to get four people and two suitcases like that into the car. |

I have the Samsonite large spinner
It is possible get two of these large suitcases in if you remove the lift up boot cover and stand both cases on their sides (one behind the other) or you can fold the rear seats down and put one on it side in the back seat area and the other on its back in the boot.
