Wipers fail
After today's long run in rain with wiper set to automatic I found out, that something is wrong. Wiper kept going still, even if there wasn't raining anymore, even if i stopped the car and switched off ignition. (car was off, locked and wiper still running on medium speed) The only thing that stops it is starting of engine, but then the wiper stop in the actual position.
Did anyone of you met such issue? |

Well, I had similar problems... except much worse. Wipers weren't all that failed: trunk didn't open, so I had to unload the luggage through the rear doors. Hazard lights started to blink and I could not get them switched off no matter what I did. Dashboard parking break light went on despite the break's actual position.
Now the car has been in the repair shop for over two weeks waiting for the spare part to arrive from Germany. |

New wiper unit arrived today. Unfortunately, no chance for sooner repair then on thursday, because service is overbooked. So I asked for loan car (cos I have to go out for next 2 days), he said no problem for € 70,- / day.
