I would like to have the new 3 cylinder 1.5L engine. I also hope they will add options like headup display.

I think the differences will be only slightly different for example new rear led light display and a smaller front light set up. I doubt they will do much else.

Yeah, I would probably agree with that statement but I find it strange that such minor changes would warrant/qualify-as an actual facelift for the series.

I'm thinking there's maybe something else we might not see here yet.

New BMW 1 series 3 cylinder 1.5L engine. I've had a test drive of the new Mini Cooper and really like the sound and performance of the 3 cylinder.

Yeah that's a pretty stupid comment... I'm not even German and you just made me cringe.

Don't agree with your comment
The irony here, is that you drive a German car
I seem to have many emotions when I drive my BMW

The tail lights graphics have changed it seems, also it seems the orange mule has LEDs similar to the 4 series. Bumpers have changed giving some depth to the headlights..Scott also said abot something "connecting" the headlights tips to the larger kdneys.

Lets hope its around the corner. Been holding my order to see if this lci will be worth.

Actually taking a better look, the blue prot also have squared-off led dlr's. Also note the orange one seems to be a 118 and it has double exhaust pipes, which is great to see. No one deverves the single pipe.

Would be nice to know if the monikers will change given the new engines coming up for the one series. Was kinda hoping for 120 instead of 118.

I've just placed an order for a 118i M sport Estoril Blue, and the car is going to be delivered in two weeks. The latest spy photos started bothering me. It will take almost a year for LCI model to arrive at our country, and I sold my car three weeks ago (scirocco). The idea of spending money on a "already outdated model" is really upsetting

What would be your recommendations for me ?
Should I wait for a year (which is nearly nonsense since I use my car everyday for work) or should I go for other brands/models?

I have held off my order in anticipation for the new model.
I was told by the dealer if I order the car around December I will have the new M135i around Feb/March here in Australia.

Luckily I havent sold my car yet, so its just a matter of being patient...

I think those spy shots are the photos of the current model. If you look closely at the billboard on the first picture, you will see the ad of old 1M Coupe

I was at a subsupplier for BMW last week. They were already producing bumpers for F20/F21 LCI.

The unveil of the LCI must be around the corner then. Did you get to see the bumpers? Was there any noticeable change in the shape of the headlights?

I'm more interested in the engine changes, though.
That the new 1er will come with the b38 is a given. But I wonder if it'll get the b48 and b58 as well!
