Which filter did you get? Adorama had a clearance on a Orion glass so that's what I got. Overcast here ,so I might have to travel for light

This is the filter I used. It just fits over the end of my Sigma 120-300.

It was very cloudy here and it's raining now, but there were some very brief breaks in the clouds earlier. It was never totally clear, though, so the shots aren't as sharp as I'd like. Here's one with more clouds, but surprisingly Mercury is sharper in this one.

Same here but the smallest one they make, just fits over my 300. All overcast so watching it online. Makes me want to get a HAlpha filter.
