It's about 40% more for similar level of luxury and size. Minus those costs without the subsidy your still way over on cost. With it you're close but still over.
What is 40% more than ICE? Are we takling the price on current? Or the batteries? Obviously the price for current depens on your country, it's natural habitat, politics and the grid itself.
As for battery, the ones used today hasn't fundamental changed, it has become smaller, more compact, more stable and efficient.
So the EV have really benefitet alot from the mobile industry, the cost in this industry have done what the car industry wouldn't do.
At this stage there is alot of promosing battery tech coming up, using various metal inside and getting the charging time down dramaticly. Within 5 years the battery prices will go down 30-50%.

Car sticker. An ICE is 40% less for similar size and luxury. Cost of operating ev is less but doesn't come near breaking even for total cost of ownership.

By 2025 that is going to change. Once the EV reach mass production and the batteries are mature, it will be substantial cheaper to produce than the ice, the latter is just to complicated and unefficient.
