Eco Pro Display

Hi. Can someone please confirm that the display shown in the BMW brochure is part of the standard instrument display. The display I am referring to shows how to efficiently you are driving etc with blue graphics directly below the rev counter. Am I right in assuming that you do not need the black panel display for this. I have ordered the 120d m sport and was told that I will not need the black
Panel display for this. Just want someone to confirm that this is correct. Thanks.

Thanks. Now I'm confused as the dealer said its part of the standard display. The black panel display is additional £125 which I'm prepared to pay but the dealer said this was not needed.

The same in Sweden!

The brochyre states:

 Instrument panel with extended functionality (shown here) includes a high-resolution Info Display for showing Check Control functions and other data. When the ECO PRO mode is activated, the EfficientDynamics display appears in the rev counter.

This is confusing as I've been to the dealers today and they checked a sport model and there was no display under the rev counter. I ended up asking them to add full black panel display at a cost of £125.

You have done the correct thing... In UK you need that option for what you were asking for in your post..

I was also asking my dealer why I did not have the information under my rev. He confirmed that is only standard with Navi Professional. I have Navi Business and then you have to order Black panel display as an extra. I did not know this. I would have prefered to have it on my car....but too late .
