I was also looking for an answer to same question, this is what I’ve found so far:
----------------------------------------------- You can check the vin number here: http://www.bmwvin.com CIC has 6VA code if is there. ----------------------------------------------- Before 2012 are most likely CIC, after 2012 are most likely NBT ----------------------------------------------- CCC iDrive (about 2005 – 2009) CIC iDrive (about 2008 – today) NBT iDrive (about 2013 – today) NBT Evo iDrive (about 2016 – today) ----------------------------------------------- Navigationssystem NBT Professional: The HDD infotainment system contains a wide color display. It is used since beginn of 2013 in BMW F-Series models. Beside new animations, the new generation can be recognized by the prefix "NBT_" in front of the version number (Navigation -> Version) ----------------------------------------------- Finally check this link, you can match your one: http://support.mycarly.com/knowledge...cc-cic-or-nbt/ ----------------------------------------------- Anyway it looks like your one is CIC |
