Price increased for 2012 118i Sport in HK

Dealer adjusted the retail for the 118 Sport; was HK$325K for 2011 now raise to HK$339K. No change for the base 118i thou.
I know this price may sound a little crazy for those of you in Europe, but yes, HK has heavy tax automobiles.

Btw, this price is for automatic, non metallic paint sport line spec.
So far we only have the base and sport available, no Urban.

Scary price to begin with. Change is +4.3% odd it's not on all models in the range though.

Actually, the price on base model has been increased too as there are no complimentary option anymore (fog lights and multifunction steering wheel) that's about HK$6780

Wonder when will HK launch M package F20. But I guess the price will jump to $380K. Still worth it because the original paint, interior trim and aerodynamic of the M just sweet!

Anyway, loving and happy with my F20 Sport!

I see.
Anyway, F30 is here now and it will surely attract some potential buyers of the F20. Sedan always more popular.

@Sonning I heard M is march production so you can ask dealer to do it upon request? At least mine told me. I couldn't wait that long so picked Sportline

F30 looks way better and the price isn't too bad considering the basic model 320iA is around 400k HKD(in Macau, I bet it's way cheaper in hk). My full option F20 is around that price :S

Hi Xoulas804, i think the F30 320i starts at $420k here in HK.
Oh, just curious about the M. I also already got my F20 Sport and I'm loving it.

Well, although it seems like expensive as compared with the UK. However, there are many goodies already included as standard features in HK. For instance, for the Sport Edition, front power leather seats (driver's side with memory), Sport seats, bi-Xenon, glass roof, PDC rear, fog lights, lights package, rain sensor, auto lights control, M Sports suspension and electric folded mirrors, are all standard.

Hi HKKMB, thanks for the update. So the 2012 118Sport also comes with M suspension, folded mirrors? That's why it's more expensive than 2011 first shipment.

If I were given this choice, $10k for that two options, I would Definately have ordered them.
The side mirrors are big on F20, and e fold mirrors come in handy.
