JERK chicken is better than pork

Can't thing of any other instance where that is true, in my culinary travels.

LOVE me some Popeyes, but mainly the red beans and rice/biscuit. Probably NOT keto judging by my blood sugars after such meals.

There must be more than 10% carbs in that coating they use, no?

I totaled 25 total carbs from that meal according to my app. Worth it.

Got only about 20 grams left to spare for rest of the day.

Depends if you tally total or net carbs.
