HAHA, Tmobile is just as bad - they will often tell me that I changed my plan "online" and that I've gone over my UNLIMITED usage.
I give him credit for not freaking out, I would have FREAKED the hell out. |

I had the exact same thing, except Cingular wanted to charge me $1100 OVER my regualr phone bill for "data transfer" only they missed the conversion... Lets just say I was not as collected as the guy in that vid
