2014 vs 2015 Lci

Hi,

I am looking to buy my first car (F20). The 2014 1.6 ED is in my budget and I can afford it however the 2015 is a bit more expensive but comes with the new LCI upgrade but it also comes with the smaller 1.5 MINI engine. I plan to remap my car within 2 years time. Do you guys think the 2015 is worth the extra cash for the LCI upgrade? Also I think the 1.6 diesel of the 2014 will perform better when remapped than the MINI 1.5diesel of the 2015 since it seems to have more potential. Im not a technical guy when it comes to cars so I would like your input please. Whatever I said might be incorrect, but that is what I was able to find online. Do you have any suggestions regarding car dealers in london? Im looking at big motoring world.
