Album art over USB?

Hi guys,

just got my m sport with basic idrive

i have songs on my usb stick, with embedded album art into the mp3 files

when i open them with media player on the pc, it shows the album cover in widnows media player etc, but on the car i dont get any album art just the song name and progress bar?

is there an option im not ticking or dont i have this function? Cheers in advance!

I have got extended BT (option code 6NK), but still couldn't show album artwork, is it because I have got no Nav (only radio professional)? Also no split screen

No. You don't need navi to get album art. But I think you need to plug in an iPod to get it. Doesn't work with a USB stick.

tried that already - neither ipod/iphone USB stick got any album artwork. I guess u need "Split Screen" to see it (I don't have split screen neither - mine is a 6.5" screen)

Mine shows with extended bluetooth and bus nav options on it.

I really hate using the search function... I didn't inform myself because I assumed it would have a iPhone interface just like the business navigation system in f. eg. an X1
