Maybe he got interrupted in the middle of a de-badging process, then just didn't have time to finish the job.

The city must have known it was a posers tag and permanently listed him as such.Is that a penalty for getting caught posing,it's like a ticket for improper equipment.I actually had an opportunity to see someone getting out of a fake m5 that got the quad exhaust ,m5 wheels,m5 badge and m5 license plate frame.The funny thing is he looked just like I thought he was going to.The reality of the situation is he has a good condition 528 that was nice anyway.Thats what I don't understand.

I'm not sure they are probably just as susceptible. I had a former boss who had a fake Alpina B7 on a 3 year old 750i platform. Didn't like fielding any questions about the car...he was a finance guy at a dealership I worked at when I used to sell cars. That should tell you all you need to know.

Today I saw an e92 3xxi in South San Francisco decked out in M3 badges and had some M3 style mods on it. Wish I had my phone on me to snap a pic! I would imagine it couldn't have been much more expensive to buy a '08 M3..

think this person got a X5M with the M badge in the wrong spot. they're also missing two tailpipes. I think they got gypped.... should really bring that up with their dealership.

Saw this one the other day. The saddest part (beside the c-pillar M logo) was that the car was actually a nice clean e46. The owner could be legitimately proud of owning a cool car, but decides to ruin it in an orgy of fake M logos.

And yes, that is a M logo on the mirror cap.

I don't see an issue with having an M license plate cover. Especially on M sport models.

For one moment I really thought it was a civic. There's a civic (at least used to be) running and similar wing and a similar paint (just add a touch of orange to that yellow) around my area.
