How can I find a wired GPS tracker in my 335i?

I am certain a GPS tracker has been wired into my car. I have a 2015 335i and I believe it has been installed by a professional. As someone who knows nothing about my vehicle I am going to attempt to start taking things apart to find it. From the research I have done, this thing can really be wired anywhere. Any suggestions on how to start? I am worried that if it is somewhere deep under the hood I will not be able to find it.
