I'm looking at leasing a new 2016 vehicle, but due to time constraints, may not be able to close the deal by the end of the month. The dealer isn't sure what incentives there will be next month, so the deal may fall through. My question is at what month does BMW not offer lease incentives on 2016 vehicles and only offer them for 2017 models?

I'm in Canada BTW, so not sure if the policies are the same for all of NA.
