New to BMW - Car Nearly Bought

Hi everyone, I am new to the site, and this is my first post, but there is a sense of urgency I suppose with this, as I want to make the right decision.

I have just about bought an E90 06 Plate 330d M-Sport, 4 door saloon, Black

It has a full BMW Service History, 1 owner and quite High Mileage, 108k. (x Business Car) Full 12 month MOT.

I am driving on Friday morning (4am) from Dorset to a dealer in Leeds to look at it, and hopefully will drive off in it (Part x).

What I would like to know prior to going up is, when I take a look around it, what specific things should I be looking for ?

I'm fine with Cars in general, and have enough experience to look for the obvious, but what in particular should I be looking at and looking out for on this car?

Its my first BMW in 10 years (used to own a 323i, years ago).

All advice would be greatly appreciated prior to Friday.

I'm a soon to be X Hyundai Coupe F2 Evo owner, for the last 10 years !!!!!
