looks like citroen, renault and peugeot got together and had a deformed child. I love the idea of a mini coupe, but not feeling this one, the way the roof and rear windows come together just isn't quite there yet for me

The design of the weird-looking but lightweight aluminum top is said to have been inspired by a baseball hat that MINI designer Gert Hildebrand saw his teenage son wearing backwards - go figure. According to the company, the new roof lowers the car's centre of gravity thus significantly reducing body movement and optimizing driving behavior.

I like the shape a lot.
Unfortunately, the roof color makes it look like a flying bald spot.

Not liking the roof design. Material good, but shape looks like it's trying too hard.
Otherwise it reminds me of a Mini version of the Audi tt.

I'd imagine this car would weigh about 2500-2600 lbs? If they would bump up the HP a bit and lower the price towards 30K, I might (just might) like this car.
