Go and look at 2009 R8 and see what they go for.
OK. I noted the Turbo doesn't hold value either. The GT3 is the clear winner of the lot if resale means anything. On top of that, its a much more exciting ride.

Another vote for GT3. It's by far the most exciting and fun car I've ever driven, it's simply wild when you rev it up to 9k. It also sounds glorious, and even more so with a GMG bypass. Even if it doesn't have the torque of my previous 997TT, it's very far from a slow car.

The other cars are also great. I would have thought trying all the cars would make it pretty obvious which car you prefer? I definitely wouldn't buy a car like this without trying one first.

A bit over max budget (what's 10+K at this point) but this in my opinion is very interesting option to add to the list.

My post wasn't directed at you in the first place so it looks like the M3 comment really got to you bro.

If the OP bought his 911 turbo feeling it's a supercar then that's what it is to him and that was my whole point.

It's very much a supercar. Just not an exotic. We have lots of people here confusing supercars with exotics. The whole rarity concept doesn't apply to a place like Dubai where you see more 458's than Corvettes. It's much easier to make the distinction between a supercar and an exotic here, although the two terms aren't mutually exclusive and this leads to confusion among enthusiasts.

zo6 is a nice sports car, its the king, it performs like a supercar, heck, it eats supercars for lunch at the track but its not really a supercar, its made by GM, costs under 100K and is somewhat reliable. Those are three traits supercars don't have.
