DP Was intended to replace 318d to save money but er, well.... got a bit carried away with the options haha. Ahh well hopefully should see improved returns with the fuel economy, and insurance is £40 cheaper a month.

I went to DP as well. Got a good deal from them and the guy was pleasant enough to deal with.

If it reassures you any. I had an 05 318d and my 125d is more economical than it was. 118d should be more economical than mine.

My 318d was a late '10 build so its the same engine. I can squeeze about 60mpg out of it. I'm hoping the improved ED and weight difference can help improve the fuel economy.

Just had the call to say its ready next week, unfortunately some prat who wasn't looking where he was going reversed straight into the side of my 318d (the car I'm trading in) so need to wait until that's fixed before I can pick up the new one :-(. Booked in for repairs on Tuesday, it's minor scratching so shouldn't take long.

Hopefully this time next week ill have some pics to share :-)

I'd have gone for the Visibility Package over the basic Xenons but a nice car you have specced there.

No way I was paying an extra £600 for the bendy lights, high beam assist and the auto dimming mirror which I have on my current car and ....well wasnt that impressed to be honest. Already have the rain sensor so not worth it I didn't think. If I was going to spend another £600 I would have got the upgraded sound system. Still, there's always alpine if I really want. Can't wait though.

Ah I didn't think it would have added that much when the options were swapped out and adjusted, fair call then.

Well, I guess I appreciate the bendy lights and that stuff more since I live in country which is rather dark in the winter season. I would never trade it for an upgraded radio.

Yeah I can see why it might be good, especially in the northern hemisphere, god knows it gets pretty dark up here but view it more of a luxury as opposed to a necessity. Do the adaptive lights work well?

I think they are awesome, but then again my previous car didn't even have xenons.

Not been out at night yet as I have only had the car three weeks but I had Xenons on my 2001 car and would always specify at least this as a minimum now.

Probably why it took me 5 months to find a suitable car secondhand only ever saw 9 in an AUC search tops as soon as you add Xenon and sports seats to the filter group stock vanishes.

I have a 114i Sport on order from HF, not a big fan of DP. It's coming straight from the factory so my delivery date is 2nd week in June (about 3 weeks waiting in total).

Cool, yeah I spoke with HF a while back but they never followed through, shame as they seemed alright even though they're part of Arnold shark
