i have my f20 2016 diesel model without navigation
can i put the speed limit and make it work without the navi?

Yes, of course! Speed limit has nothing to do with navigation, it relies on the speedometer only. Technically, adding it must be the same as adding cruise control (compatible instrument cluster, multi-function buttons for the steering wheel, coding, etc?): https://f20.1addicts.com/forums/show....php?t=1448025.
